Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from webpedlar.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returns require a return authorization (RA) number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team at support@webpedlar.com

Please note the following guidelines for returns:

 

Return Eligibility:

  • The item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any included accessories, manuals, or promotional items must also be returned.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect. 

Return Authorization (RA):

  • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.   support@webpedlar.com
  • Please provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  • The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when returning the item(s).

Delivery Confirmation, Refunds & Chargebacks:

In the event a customer claims non-receipt of an order that has been shipped via affiliated delivery carriers and marked as delivered, webpedlar.com will obtain and review  the official carriers’ proof of delivery.

If the carrier confirms that the shipment was delivered to the exact shipping address provided by the customer at the time of checkout, including the confirmed delivery date and time, the order shall be deemed fully delivered and fulfilled.

Once delivery confirmation has been obtained from the carrier, webpedlar.com bears no responsibility or liability for loss, theft, misdelivery, or damage occurring after delivery, including but not limited to packages marked as delivered but not received by the customer.

Under these circumstances:

  • No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes related to non-receipt will be contested using carrier delivery confirmation and proof of fulfillment.
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for filing any claims directly with the carrier for the declared value of the shipment.

By completing a purchase on webpedlar.com, the customer expressly agrees that carrier-confirmed delivery constitutes fulfillment of the order and waives any right to reimbursement from webpedlar.com for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
