WebPedlar does not accept unsolicited proposals, offers, or solicitations relating to:

Website development or redesign services
Marketing and advertising services
Social media management services
Partnership, Collaboration & Vendor Requests:

No Confidential or Implied Relationship:

Anti-Spam & Abuse Enforcement:
WebPedlar reserves the right to identify, monitor, block, filter, archive, report, or otherwise restrict communications deemed to be:
Spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
Automated marketing outreach;
Misleading or deceptive communications;
Fraudulent solicitations;
Phishing attempts;
Malware distribution;
Harassing or abusive communications;
Repeated unwanted contact;
Communications violating applicable anti-spam laws, consumer protection laws, or cyber security regulations may be reported to internet service providers, hosting providers, domain registrars, email service providers, payment processors, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant authorities.
Fraud Prevention & Impersonation:
Any individual or organization falsely claiming affiliation with WebPedlar, its brands, employees, representatives, vendors, or business partners may be subject to investigation and legal action.
WebPedlar reserves all rights to pursue available civil and criminal remedies against parties engaged in:
Identity misrepresentation; Trademark infringement; Copyright infringement; Fraudulent business practices; Unauthorized use of company branding; Cyber security violations; or Other unlawful conduct.
Reservation of Rights:
WebPedlar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, terminate, restrict, or ignore communications from any individual or organization without explanation.
Nothing contained in any communication with WebPedlar shall be construed as acceptance of any offer, proposal, service, partnership, or business relationship unless expressly agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of WebPedlar.
